Regional Buyer Assistance

Regional Buyer Assistance

Need local help with a vehicle outside your market? Contact us to ask about the Regional Buyer program and availability. Any participating licensed dealers arrange assistance directly with each other.

Local dealer support

Help from someone who knows the market.

Depending on the participating dealer and the agreement between both parties, Regional Buyer assistance may include:

  • Local market knowledge
  • Vehicle walk-arounds, photos, or video
  • Communication with the seller
  • Test-drive or condition assistance
  • Purchase assistance
  • Transport coordination

Direct dealer-to-dealer process

How Regional Buyer assistance works

  1. Ask about availability

Tell us the vehicle location and the type of local assistance you need using the contact button below.

  2. Connect directly if available

If an approved participating dealer serves that market, dealers can discuss the request directly.

  3. Agree on the Assistance

The participating dealers decide the scope, timing, compensation, and transaction details together.

Independent-service disclosure: Regional Buyers operate independently. Services, availability, fees, inspection scope, purchase terms, and transportation arrangements are agreed directly between participating dealers. DLR2DLR does not assign a Regional Buyer or manage the engagement.

Ask about the Regional Buyer program.

Need help in another market? Tell us what you need. Licensed dealers interested in offering local assistance can ask about participation here too.
