1. Program Overview
The DLR2DLR Affiliate Program allows approved affiliate partners to refer qualified dealers to DLR2DLR. When a referred dealer completes the required application, is approved by DLR2DLR, and meets the required paid membership milestone, the affiliate may become eligible for a commission.
Affiliate tracking is managed through DLR2DLR referral links, dealer application records, MemberPress membership records, Stripe payment activity, and DLR2DLR admin review.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
Participation in the affiliate program is by approval only. DLR2DLR may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion.
Affiliates must provide accurate contact information, payout information, and any required tax documentation before commissions can be paid. DLR2DLR may request additional information before approving an affiliate or issuing a payout.
3. Independent Relationship
Participation in the DLR2DLR Affiliate Program does not create an employment, ownership, partnership, franchise, agency, broker, dealer, or joint venture relationship.
Affiliates are independent referral partners only. Affiliates do not receive equity, ownership rights, voting rights, management rights, or authority to bind DLR2DLR to any agreement. Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, owners, agents, or official representatives of DLR2DLR unless specifically authorized in writing.
4. Referral Links and Tracking
Each approved affiliate receives a unique referral code and referral link. Example referral formats may include:
https://dlr2dlr.com/register/?ref=affiliate-code
https://dlr2dlr.com/ref/affiliate-code/
DLR2DLR currently uses a 90-day referral cookie window. If a dealer visits DLR2DLR through an affiliate link and later submits a dealer application within the valid cookie window, the application may be attributed to that affiliate.
Referral tracking may depend on browser cookies, device settings, privacy settings, ad blockers, cache settings, or other technical conditions outside of DLR2DLR’s control. DLR2DLR is not responsible for referrals that cannot be tracked because of browser, device, network, or user settings.
5. First-Touch Attribution
DLR2DLR currently uses first-touch attribution. This means the first valid affiliate referral click is preserved for the referral cookie window.
If a dealer clicks multiple affiliate links, DLR2DLR may credit the first valid affiliate referral, unless DLR2DLR determines that the referral was invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible. DLR2DLR reserves the right to manually review and adjust attribution when necessary.
6. Qualified Referrals
A referral is not automatically commissionable when a visitor clicks a referral link. A referral may become eligible for commission only after all required conditions are met:
- The dealer comes through a valid affiliate referral link.
- The dealer submits the DLR2DLR dealer application.
- The dealer is reviewed and approved by DLR2DLR.
- The dealer has a matching approved WordPress dealer user account.
- The dealer completes the required MemberPress membership step.
- The membership payment or milestone is valid, cleared, and not refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, or charged back.
- The commission is reviewed and approved by the DLR2DLR admin team.
DLR2DLR has final authority to determine whether a referral qualifies.
7. Non-Qualified Referrals
The following referrals do not qualify for commission unless DLR2DLR approves an exception in writing:
- Self-referrals.
- Existing DLR2DLR dealers or members.
- Referrals already in communication with DLR2DLR before the affiliate referral.
- Duplicate applications.
- Fake, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent applications.
- Applications submitted with inaccurate dealer information.
- Referrals that do not become approved dealers.
- Referrals that do not complete the required membership milestone.
- Referrals that cancel, refund, dispute, reverse, or charge back their membership payment.
- Referrals generated through spam, misleading advertising, unauthorized promotions, or prohibited activity.
8. Commission Structure
The current commission plan is as follows.
Annual Dealer Membership
$200Commission after the annual membership payment is completed, cleared, and reviewed.
Monthly Dealer Membership
$100 + $100$100 after the referred dealer completes 90 paid days, plus an additional $100 after the referred dealer completes 12 paid months.
The monthly free trial period does not count as a paid membership period for commission payout purposes. Monthly commissions are based on paid membership milestones, not on free-trial signup alone.
9. Commission Review and Approval
All commissions are subject to admin review before payout. A commission may appear in the system as Pending Review, Approved, Paid, Hold, Rejected, Void, or another internal status.
A commission marked as Pending Review is not yet payable. A commission must be approved by DLR2DLR before it becomes eligible for payout. DLR2DLR may place commissions on hold while reviewing dealer status, payment status, refund risk, chargeback risk, duplicate referral issues, or policy compliance.
10. Refunds, Cancellations, Disputes, and Chargebacks
If a referred dealer receives a refund, cancels, disputes a charge, initiates a chargeback, fails payment, or otherwise reverses a qualifying payment, DLR2DLR may reject, void, reverse, or withhold the related affiliate commission.
If a commission was already paid and the related dealer payment is later refunded, disputed, charged back, or deemed invalid, DLR2DLR may offset the amount against future commissions or request repayment.
11. Payouts
Approved affiliate commissions are paid through the payout method approved by DLR2DLR. Payout tracking is based on ACH payout records. The DLR2DLR system tracks payout batches, payout references, payout dates, included commissions, and admin notes.
Marking a payout as paid inside DLR2DLR records the payout for admin tracking. It does not automatically send money from the website. Actual payout timing may depend on admin review, ACH processing, payout schedule, required tax documentation, and account verification.
12. Tax Documentation
Affiliates are responsible for providing any requested tax documentation before receiving payouts. DLR2DLR may request a completed Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation before issuing affiliate payments.
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations related to affiliate commissions. DLR2DLR does not provide tax advice. If required, DLR2DLR or its related business entity may issue tax reporting forms for affiliate payments.
13. Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates must promote DLR2DLR honestly and professionally. Affiliates may not:
- Make false or misleading claims about DLR2DLR.
- Promise dealer approval.
- Promise guaranteed sales, profits, inventory access, financing, or membership results.
- Misrepresent pricing, membership terms, commissions, or payout timing.
- Use spam, deceptive messages, fake accounts, or unauthorized advertising.
- Use DLR2DLR branding in a misleading way.
- Register domains, social handles, ads, or pages that impersonate DLR2DLR.
- Send traffic through illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive methods.
- Interfere with DLR2DLR tracking, website security, payment systems, or user accounts.
DLR2DLR may suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these rules.
14. Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, marketing, and disclosure rules. If an affiliate promotes DLR2DLR in a way where the affiliate may receive compensation, the affiliate should clearly disclose that relationship where appropriate.
Affiliates should avoid hiding compensation disclosures in unclear, hard-to-find, or misleading language.
15. Dealer Privacy and Confidentiality
Affiliates may see limited referral status information in their affiliate dashboard, such as referral status, membership type, commission status, and payout status.
Affiliates will not receive access to private dealer documents, dealer license uploads, internal admin notes, payment card information, Stripe details, or other confidential dealer records. Affiliates must not misuse, share, sell, or attempt to access private dealer information.
16. Program Changes
DLR2DLR may update the affiliate program, commission plan, payout method, tracking rules, terms, or eligibility requirements at any time. Changes may apply going forward after the updated terms are published or communicated.
DLR2DLR may also make administrative corrections to protect the integrity of the program.
17. Termination
DLR2DLR may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if the affiliate violates these terms, submits invalid referrals, engages in misleading conduct, or if DLR2DLR decides to discontinue or modify the affiliate program.
After termination, the affiliate may no longer use DLR2DLR referral links, branding, or affiliate materials. DLR2DLR may withhold unpaid commissions if they are connected to invalid, fraudulent, disputed, or non-qualified referrals.
18. No Guarantee of Earnings
DLR2DLR does not guarantee that any affiliate will earn commissions. Commission eligibility depends on valid referrals, approved dealer applications, completed membership milestones, payment status, admin review, and compliance with these terms.
19. Final Decision Authority
DLR2DLR has final decision-making authority over referral eligibility, commission approval, payout approval, disputes, program interpretation, and enforcement of these terms.
